We booked here because we needed two separate bedrooms for an adult family. The bedroom off the living room - the door did not shut completely and had opaque panels, so if someone was in the lounge, the bedroom was noisy and lit up. It was booked for 3, but we were not supplied 3 towels or coffee pods, we had to go and ask for them. They were happily provided, but could be part of the cleaning process. For a two bedroom unit, it would be good to have the toilet separate from the shower. Several coffee cups were broken, the electric plug beside the oven did not work, and we could not watch TV on the TV. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The sky deck was stunning. Great location. The Quickie store close by was handy. Reception and check in was fast.
Our stay was awesome,great amenities! Staff was great, especially Levis in particular. He is always working hard, enthusiastic and is helpful to guests especially in the sky lounge. Would definitely recommend and will be back.
LIV Extended Stay offers exceptional functionality and affordability, providing everything one might need for a comfortable, extended stay. The apartment complex is conveniently located and packed with a range of amenities that make it an excellent choice. Our stay was pleasant overall, and though we initially had an issue with the AC in our room, the staff quickly resolved it by moving us to another room. I still highly recommend it for anyone looking for a well-equipped and budget-friendly extended stay option.
